Jeff is the lead pastor of First Baptist and the Founder and President of a student ministry called Crosslife.  Jeff's passion for telling the greatest story in the world...the story of Jesus...has taken him across the globe.  Jeff earned his Masters' degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently working on a D. Min from Talbot in LA..  He is married and has three marvelous children.  In his spare time he likes to hunt, fish, scuba dive and spearfish...for starters. 

Derel Hatt has been serving in Youth Ministry for over 10 years.  He is passionate about leading teenagers to become fully devoted followers of Christ.  After serving as a Campus Minister for First Priority of Northwest Florida for four years, he was called to serve as the Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor of Administration at First Baptist Church of Gulf Breeze.  Derel has been married to Pam for 20 years.  A native of Ukiah California, he now calls Pensacola home after serving in the United States Marines for 21 years.

Jessie Hudson is a believer, a wife, a mother, and a financial secretary for her home church of 12 years.  She loves to shop and find the best deal.  She loves shoes... what girl doesn't and she loves sweet tea, new born babies, and going to Disney World.  Her favorite books include The Purpose Driven Life, 90 Minutes in Heaven, Down Came the Rain, and her all time favorite as a young girl, Charlotte's Web.  To get away from it all she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake.

Laura Harrison's greatest pleasures are being a daughter of "The King", wife, mom, and children's minister.  She loves to work with kids because she is a big kid at heart.  Her hobbies include boating, hunting shells on the beach and reading mystery novels.  Laura rarely turns down a challenge to play air hockey or fooseball in the KidzConnect game room, she likes to color and paint, love to "giggle with the girls", and can play a mean game of dodge ball.  But, one of her greatest joys is to share the wonder of God and worship together with kids.

Tracy married her sweetheart 19 years ago and together they have 2 girls, Tori and Tami.   She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, has a passion for missions, and a deep love of music.  Both of her girls also enjoy singing and playing various instruments.  She has recently returned from India where God opened her eyes to a world that is desperate and dying without hope in Christ.
