So what do we mean by “not just your ordinary church?” Ordinary churches are focused on themselves. They build great buildings and have a “come and see attitude.” Programs are structured so that every waking moment is spent at the church campus in the safety of “those who look and think like us.” Success is measured by how many people are in the worship service and how strong the giving is.
